Q: Do you make these yourself?
     A: Yes I do! every single stitch is done by me :D

Q: Do I accept customs/comissions?
     A: At the moment my customs are closed.

Q: What shipping service do you use?
     A: I use USPS Priority shipping its 2-3 day shipping.

Q: What pop-ups have you attended?
     A: I have attended the SOSO-Market, The Wardrobe project, Arte Del Corazon, & The Strawberry Festival. 

Q: Why is everything so expensive?
     A: I try my best to provide fair prices for my work please take into account the hours put into each piece, materials, markets, shipping, gas + the cost to run the website.

Q: Do I sell Patterns?
     A: I currently don't have any patterns for sale but you can find patterns I have used in my link tree, Located at the bottom of the page.

Q: Can I copy your work? 
    A: Would you want somebody to copy yours? no :) 

Q: What Material do you use?
     A: I use a variety of yarn from cotton, wool, acrylic, and metallic it just depends on what I have available. I try my best to source my yarn second-hand to avoid waste.

Q: What are the "bumps" in your work?
      A: The bumps are where I work in the ends of the yarn I try and hide them as best I can but please note all handmade things have small "imperfections"

Q: What are your future goals for Knotsbyahnd? 
     A: I plan to start going to more pop-ups, and expanding the store to include affordable vintage, start new projects.

Vintage Policy: 

• All vintage is sourced second-hand from the goodwill bins.
• The clothes left behind at the end of the day are taken to a landfill so I try my best to take the gently used items.
• Although I get these goods for cheap take into account the gas money, labor (it's dirty in the bins), time, shipping, & cost to run the website. 
• I do my best to inspect every item for stains, dry rot, & mildew but don't get mad if I overlook something so sorry doll <3
• Every item is washed before being sent to its permanent home.

Shipping Policy: 

• I use USPS Shipping through pirate ship its about 10 dollars
• 2-3 day shipping US ONLY
• All orders include free gits <3
